Mail-in voting window for Italian election closes tomorrow!

I read an article in IlSole24Ore about the mail-in voting for the election this month in Italy.  I found it interesting to see that there 3.6 million Italians of voting age that are living abroad.   According to Wikipedia, the total population of Italy is currently around 60.6 million, but of course the voting population is only a portion of that; by some estimates the total Italian voting population should be about 50 million.

Per this article,  voting cards must be posted before February 14th (tenth day prior to the vote in Italy) in the consular offices according to the Italian law (459/2001).
